From a case, after clicking Search Transaction, Cash Sale transactions are not listed

We have a process where the Customer Sales Order may be Invoiced or a Cash Sale created from it. When entering a case for a specific customer and subsequently using Search Transaction, we need to be able to find the Sales Order, Invoice, or Cash Sale to relate to the Case. We are only able to see Sales Orders and Invoices.

How do we get Cash Sales showing up as well?
