CSV Import: Vendor not Recognizing Subsidiary

We are attempting to upload credit card transactions with a csv file. Our error reads "Invalid entity reference key "4585" meaning that our vendor (4585) is not associated with our subsidiary.

To resolve these errors, we checked that each vendor is linked with the subsidiary we are trying to upload the transaction into…and the vendors are properly associated with each subsidiary.

Our 128-line upload has the same error for each of the vendors, and we are not sure if it is NetSuite experiencing a glitch or if it is something we have done wrong.

Additional note, we have 70 subsidiaries and we did a lot of work to associate subsidiaries with the vendors. As stated above, we checked each vendor in this error and they are properly associated.
