Navigation Portlet Issue

Hi all,

Following the recent NetSuite 2026.1 update, we’ve noticed an issue with the Navigation Portlet. While we’re able to select a subsidiary initially, after some usage—particularly when running our bill payment workflow—an error occurs. After returning to the dashboard, the Navigation Portlet appears to be broken (as shown below).

We haven’t made any recent changes to the workflow, and it runs correctly on its own, which suggests the issue may be related to the Navigation Portlet rather than the workflow itself. This behavior was not present prior to the update.

Is there any official communication or known issue regarding this?
