How to close SO using Workflow
Scenario:
We have an integration where Oracle automatically creates Sales Orders in NetSuite. For orders with a total amount of 0, we need to automatically close them instead of handling them manually.
To achieve this, I created a custom transaction body field that gets checked when Oracle sends an order with a total amount of 0. The idea is to use this field as a trigger in a workflow to close the Sales Order.
Issue:
- When the transaction body field is checked, I’m unable to:
- Trigger or update line-level fields via the workflow
- Set the Sales Order status to “Closed” using
