User cannot download bank file created by Payment File Administration

Hello,

We have a user who, until recently, was able to create and download payment files for batch payments using the Electronic Bank Payments module - Payment File Administration page. Now she is able to create the payment file, but when she clicks the download link for the generated file she is only receiving errors. Some of the screenshots of the errors seem to indicate that it has tried to retrieve the file from "https://xxxxxx.shop.netsuite.com", or that "https://xxxxxx.app.netsuite.com" "Page Cannot Be Found".

I (an administrator) have logged in to the same role as the user and am able to download the file with no problems. I suggested she check the EFT File Repository folder in File Cabinet - I can see the folder but she cannot!
