A role to see everything

We have a consultant that will be analyzing how we use NetSuite and making suggestions on how to use it better. That person will need to see how things are configured, what options are enabled, etc. However, I do not want to give them the ability to change any of those things. Is there a standard NetSuite role that can do this or one that is close that I could modify?
