In this article, we will focus on one specific and powerful permission within this category: Invoice
What is an Invoice permission?
In NetSuite, the Invoice permission controls whether a role can create, view, edit, or approve Invoice transactions, typically generated from sales orders, fulfillments, projects, or entered standalone.
With the Invoice permission, a user can generally:
- Access the Invoices task, Create Invoices, search invoices, and see invoice reminders; includes view/edit access to Invoice records.
