Calculation of commissions on quota

Hi, Teams

The commission program is quota-based, calculated monthly according to the percentage of quota achieved.

In the report, we can see that a sales representative reached 112.04% of their quota, and according to the program, a 1.25% commission rate should be applied.

However, in this report, different commission amounts are generated, and it is not clear what percentage is being applied or why it does not apply to all invoices. Does anyone know how these types of commissions are calculated?
