AMEX connection was not successful
Hello Team,
We are experiencing an issue connecting to AMEX via the FSGATEWAY Live SFTP server. Despite entering valid credentials, the connection is rejected with the following error:
"FTP_CANNOT_ESTABLISH_CONNECTION: Could not establish connection to No more authentication methods available."
The error originates from the com.netsuite.amexcardintegration SuiteApp (psa_amex_sftp.js). Based on the error message, we suspect the server may require SSH key-based authentication rather than username/password alone, but we are not certain.
Has anyone encountered this issue or successfully configured SFTP authentication for the AMEX Card Integration SuiteApp? Any guidance would be appreciated.
