Dashboard portlets not wanting to load
We have a really weird problem going on. We have an employee with their own custom dashboard. It has a lot of saved searches, KPIs, etc. on it. Several of the pieces are not wanting to load. They will just sit there and spin.
We have discovered if we go into Set Preferences and hit the Save button on that screen even without making any changes at all, the dashboard will load the next time.
We have cleared all cache and cookies from the browser being used (Google Chrome). We have even attempted to login using a different browser (Microsoft Edge) that the user never uses, and it does the same thing. This doesn't make a lot of sense.
