Netsuite Bill Capture not populating the expense line Amounts

We recently encountered an issue where Bill Capture is no longer populating the “Amount” column on Expense line items. This behavior is consistent across all users, roles, and documents, and is also occurring in our sandbox environment.

We first identified the issue on 04/09/2026 and are unsure if it may be related to a recent update or change to Bill Capture that we may have missed.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is it isolated to our account? Any insights would be appreciated.
