In this article, we will focus on one specific and powerful permission within this category: Establish Quotas
It lets you set sales targets and track how well your team is performing against them.
The Establish Quotas permission in NetSuite allows users to:
- Set and manage sales quotas for employees or sales reps
- Define targets based on revenue, quantity, or other metrics
- Assign quotas by time period
- Support forecasting and performance tracking
This permission is usually given to roles responsible for sales planning and performance management:
