Urgent: NetSuite Extremely Slow Due to Possible Network Issue

Hi,

We are currently experiencing severe performance issues with our NetSuite instance. The system has become extremely slow to access, and it appears to be related to network connectivity.

This issue is urgent as it is impacting our daily operations.

Has anyone encountered similar issues before, or can provide guidance on how to troubleshoot or resolve this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
