SEA Localization (PHL) – Additional WHT Types Beyond WE_PH

Hi everyone,

I recently noticed that there are 3 new Withholding Tax (WHT) types available under SEA Localization (Philippines).

I’m a bit familiar with WE_PH, which was previously the only type I’ve worked with. However, I’m unable to find official documentation explaining:

  • What the additional WHT types are
  • How they differ from WE_PH
  • How they are intended to be used in WHT configuration

Has anyone come across documentation or have experience implementing these newer WHT types in NetSuite?

Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated 😄 Thank you!
