Name Field Not Populating in GL Impact of Work Order Completion
We have observed that the “Name” field in the GL Impact tab of the Work Order Completion is not being populated, which is creating challenges in analyzing customer-wise GL impact.
The Entity (Name) field is properly set on the Work Order, but it is not being carried forward during the Work Order Completion, Work Order Issuance and Assembly Build transaction.
I explored customization options; however:
- I was unable to locate the corresponding field ID on the Work Order Completion,, Work Order Issuance and Assembly Build Record.
- The field does not appear to be available for sourcing or customization in this context
