Do ScheduleScripts have a concurrency usage/limit? M/R scripts are blocked.

When running multiple Map/Reduce scripts they all have a concurrency limit use, so I can usually run up to 3 at a time.

But at the moment, I have a Scheduled Script running and all of my Map/Reduce scripts appear to be pending in queue.

Do Scheduled Scripts use up some/all my concurrency? Or is it just a straight up blocker that if SS's are running, MR's won't run?
