User Notes disappearing
I had a user mention that she has added notes to the communication tab, user notes to a sales order on 4-14, 4-22, 4-23 & 4-30.
They went in again to add another note and all her older notes are no longer there.
It was not a permission issue, I looked at the sales order and they weren't there.
The 'remove' is visible, so it is possible that someone removed them.
Has anyone else come across this? Is there a search that would show which user notes were removed?
