Process Bills Automatically

Hi all,

I found something weird happening; please, if you could help me shed some light:

We created company bank details records for our payment batch process and found that some records are missing fields such as "Process bill automatically" and "account payable."

Please see screenshots below.

We haven't been able to determine why this issue is occurring.

  • Why are these fields missing for some of our records?
  • What is the reason for their disappearance?
