Workflow: Modifying similar records when new record is created?
I am trying to make a workflow for a ticket system. When a new ticket (record) is created, it will check other tickets that share the same parent, and uncheck a check box, then after that is done, it will go to state 2 and check it's the checkbox on the newly created record. I have a save search that shows all the tickets (records) that the checkbox is checked. However, I can't seem to figure out how to initiate a new workflow that compares the current generated ticket parent to the save search so only those that share the
