Customer Item Price
in Ask A Guru
Hi NetSuite Community,
I have a Transaction Saved Search (Estimate/Quote) that shows all quote line items. I am looking to add one additional column that shows the customer-specific price for each item — i.e., the price we have set for that particular customer in their price list (Item Pricing under the customer's Financial tab).
Here is my scenario:
- We use Customer Item Pricing, where each customer has specific prices set per item
- When a quote is created, the system automatically populates the correct price
- Salespeople can manually override the rate, which is sometimes lower than the agreed customer price
