Copied Sales Order: No CSV Code on Payment Tab?
Before I wait on hold for customer support, I hoped someone might be able to shed some light on this:
Why when a sales order is copied (i.e. using the "Make Copy" feature) is there no option under the payment tab to enter the CVS code? We are re-authorizing each copied sales order, but we are losing our CSV match.
