No idea how to create a SupportIssue
I am having a difficult time trying to figure out how to create a support issue. There are no examples in the pdf file and the example code doesn't include any. Basically, I am clueless as to where to start. Here is my code and the error it throws. I have no idea which key it is talking about. I must say, it is slow going trying to figure out how to use this web api with the examples being as scarce as they are.
