How can I close multiple (200) older cases with the same reply/solution at once?
Hello,
I am new to NetSuite and recently joined this company and there are outdated cases from 3+ years in their Helpdesk module. I would like to close the older 200+ cases with the same reply and the system NOT send the users an email with the updated reply or case closure notification so we can have a fresh start.
