Customize Case Reports Summary and Detail
I need help ensuring my Custom Detail Report is always directed to the my Custom Summary report. Can someone suggest what I may be missing?
I created two Custom Reports:
- Cases by Customer Summary
- Cases by Customer Detail
The Cases by Customer Summary Drill Down Report is Cases by Customer Detail.
If I execute the Cases by Customer Summary and click View Detail then click View Summary on the Cases by Customer Detail report, I am returned to the Cases by Customer Summary report. – expected behavior. I have included a file with screen shots.
If I execute the Cases by Customer Summary and click View Detail with right mouse button and Open in a new Tab then click View Summary on the Cases by Customer Detail report, I am returned to the Cases by Customer Summary report. –
