NetSuite is pulling the wrong value from UPS. How can we fix it?
When we get a UPS bill and look at a single shipment on the bill, it is laid out like this to show the Retail Cost….
UPS Retail Cost
(*A) $27.09 UPS Ground Shipping cost
+$4.45 - Residential Surcharge
+$18 - Length + Girth Surcharge
+$3 - Peak Surcharge
+$4.07- Fuel Surcharge
(*B) TOTAL: $56.61
Our wholesale shipping cost is laid out the same... except with discounts applied.
So, in our NetSuite webstore it lets us set shipping cost on orders to be calculated like this: (UPS retail cost - X%). We use UPS retail cost -20% as we get almost a 50% discount from UPS.
We thought NetSuite was using (*B) x (.8)
