MRP - planning repository isn't refreshing

I am testing the MRP functionality in our sandbox environment. I was able to get the planning repository to refresh 8/27, but cannot get it successfully refresh today. I doesn't show an error, but it doesn't seem to be capturing any data. The planning definition created in August, is running, reflecting the 8/27 repository refresh date. The planning definition created today, 9/13, is reading that same refresh date with no results. What settings should I be double checking?
