Creating a task automatically after an opportunity is made.

Using Workflows I want to create a task that is assigned to an employee and linked to the opportunity that was just created. I saw other questions with the same issue with it not linking to the opportunity but the answer did not fix my issue unfortunately. I get an invalid transaction reference key error. I even tried linking it to a already created opportunity but it gives the same error.
