Workflow to require fields on Opportunity based on Status

I need assistance setting up a workflow to set fields as required when a user sets the status of an opportunity.

We have 3 Closed Lost statuses that when selected, we would like to have 4 other fields set to be required.

What is the correct field to reference for the condition? Status does not seem to give the correct list and I do not see an entity/customer status option either.
