Customer Payment: Not depositing for custom role

Hi,

One of the customer role users is creating the customer payments in our account. But those payments keep going to Undeposited funds. We mapped the correct bank account in the import, and it is still going to Undeposited funds.

What Customer role permissions are required to go into the GL account through CSV import automatically?
