How can you edit tracking information for an order that has already shipped?
Order was fulfilled and shipped using a integrated shipping label. Then we learned there was an issue with the shipping label. Therefore, a new label was printed outside of NetSuite, but I would like to edit the tracking information within the original IF to reflect the correct tracking info. However, the system will not let me edit tracking info on a shipped order. What is best practice when this edit needs to take place?
