  • If I could get it to go onto a 2nd page, I could probably design it so that it works out for me. But as it is, if I have an item or something that doesn't fit onto the first page, it just doesn't show up.   • Thanks so much, guys! I actually found that Evan's formula worked out once I got the rest of the settings right. I'm showing my newbie colors here! K - that formula you've posted intrigues me. Is it similar in function to a SUMIF or COUNTIF type of formula that I would use in Excel?
