Hi Rick, You should try to activate this features: What is the path for the region setup? Setup > Company > Enable Features > Transactions tab > Shipping & Receiving section > Auto Location Assignment. Once it is enabled, it will be available. Have a great day!

Hi, Are you using the same user credentials to log in? You should not be able to log in without the token if you have already activated the 2 step-authentication. if you are using 2 different user credentials you could have 2 different roles assigned/ 2 different permissions. Have a great day!
