Hello @User_54D6F, Per checking, the expected behavior is not possible yet in NetSuite. I tried to look for an Enhancement related to this but I haven't found one. You can file for an Enhancement using the SuiteIdeas page. Hoping for your understanding on this system limitation. Thank you. 🙇♀️

Hello Kate, As per checking, I'm afraid the ability to combine multiple Item Receipts to a single Bill is not yet possible on NetSuite. There is a request logged for this feature's availability though, the Enhancement number for your reference is 46323. Hoping for your understanding on this matter. Thank you! 🙇♀️
