Hi @Nickey, I'm still unable to set it manually. On a brigther note, I just used the Planned status in my testing instead. With that said, would you be able to try the changes I've made to the Workflow Action? Please see the changes below: Triggering Client Fields: Order Status Formula: {orderstatus} = 'Built'…

Hi @Nickey, I've tried enabling WIP on my Work Orders however, I'm still unable to manually change it to Built as seen on my screenshot below: With that said, would you be able to provide us the steps done when manually setting the Status field while the WIP checkbox is checked? Thanks!

Hi @RS_RS, My apologies, I just edited/updated my initial reply a few minutes after your reply. In there, I provided a SuiteAnswers article wherein it tackles about the Date Range Selectors. Let me know if you had the chance to read this. Thanks! 😊
-
Hi @RS_RS, Good day! 😊 I would like to confirm if I'm getting this right. On the Send Email action on Workflows, you wanted to have a visualization/how the Start Date field works? If yes, I believe this SuiteAnswers articule would help: SuiteAnswers 40229 - Date Range Selectors I hope this helps! 😁…

Hi @jmack_admin, Thank you for providing these. We're currently testing this on our end. We'll let you know once we're done. Thanks!
-
Hi @User_I4Z2V, Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce your concern via our test-account due to your concerns' configuration. We recommend you to create a case in NetSuite support to further investigate your concern. That way, Support will be able to further check the duplicate of your account via the secured QA environment…

Hi @Mark Halsey, Unfortunately, the Currency2 field type cannot be used in Custom Fields. I would also like to mention that I've tried using this formula ROUND({cost}, 6) on the Custom Field (Currency). However, it still resulted in 2 decimal places. We appreciate your understanding on this system limitation.
-
Hi @Nickey, Upon checking on my test account, I'm unable to change the Status into Built manually as seen below: Or if the Built is 2 and the Quantity is 3, the Status field is not editable even on edit mode: However, if you're able to manually edit the Status field to Built on your end, I believe we can setup a Workflow…

Hi @jmack_admin, Good day! Would you be able to provide the SuiteAnswers articles that you followed? So that we could try to do this in our test accounts and see if we are able to replicate the errors. Thanks!
-
Hi @User_I4Z2V, Thanks for confirming. I would also like to confirm if the sales reps/order writers field are custom fields? Are they able to see these fields on the Invoice records? I believe the AR Manager Role or Sales Role does not have permissions to view this fields. Thanks!
-
Hi @Mark Halsey, Good day! Sending a gentle follow up on this in case you weren't able to read my previous reply. Thanks!
-
Hi @User_0HNLG, Good day! Sending a gentle follow up on this in case you haven't read my previous reply. Thanks!
-
Hi @RS_RS, Good day! Upon checking on this on my end, I was able to replicate the issue wherein it's not working. I believe this is because we are trying to set multiple emails on the Email field which is not possible by default. With that said, I tried setting the field type of the Stored Value field to Free-Form text and…
-
Hi @Paul Salkeld, Good day! Upon checking on your screenshot, it seems like it's different from the Finance Charge on my test account: I would like to confirm if you're using the Standard Finance Charge? Also, would you be able to check if there's a Customize > Customize Form on the upper right of the page? As for the…
-
Hi @User_0HNLG, Yes, the Sales Order HTML & CSS. That way we could use it to replicate it in our test accounts and further check on the concern. Thanks!
-
Hi @Vernita, Good day! Sending a gentle follow up on this in case you haven't read my previous reply. Thanks!
-
Hi @User_I4Z2V, Good day! 😊 Are you using the same Custom PDF Template or Custom Transaction forms? Thanks!
-
Hi @RS_RS, Upon further checking, it seems like this is not achievable via saved search. As a workaround, I believe we could have another Scheduled Workflow on the Customer record that will set the values of a New Custom Field by sourcing the Contact Emails field. This way, we'll have a Custom Field that has the Store…
-
Hi @User_HWW8S, Upon further checking, I was able to find several cases regarding on how to customize the FedEx integrated Shipping label and they were all attached to an enhancement. This is logged and being tracked under Enhancement 39657 Setup > Transaction Body Fields > There does not appear to be any way to make a…
-
Hi @Jacob1, My apologies for the late revert on this. Upon checking, you could use {custbody_invoice_multi_types.id} in ('6','8'). However, please that note that this will only work if either 6 or 8 is selected. If both 6 and 8 is selected, it won't work as NetSuite has a current limitation on using Multiple Select fields…
-
Hi @Mark Halsey, Good day! I would like to confirm on what specific cost field are you sourcing from the Item Record? So that I could further test if we can do this via formula using the Round function. Thanks!
-
Hi @Nickey, I would like to confirm if the Quantity To Build and Built Quantity are custom fields or are they renamed Standard fields (Built & Quantity)? Thanks!
-
Hi @Vernita, Good day! Would you be able to send the Criteria for your Saved Search? Upon checking this on my test account, I was able to correctly display the Sales Orders wherein the To Be Printed is false. Thanks!
-
Hi @S Hill, Unfortunately, upon further checking on this, we cannot re-create the Links on the Classic Center Tabs. As it's a standard behavior for the Custom Links to be added inside a Center Category. To our other members, feel free to share your ideas and suggestions on this. 😊 We appreciate your understanding on this.
-
Hi @User_0HNLG, Good day! Would you be able to send a sample of your source code? So that we could try to replicate this on our test accounts. Thanks!
