-
sure I know it's Sunday evening.. but we still have 50+ stores open and trading Christmas week.. Netsuite wtf? I am trying to be polite about this..
-
Thanks for your assistance.
-
working many thanks
-
support fixed (a good workaround) pretty quick a defect is going to fix it. thanks! :)
-
  Happening again today multiple locations unable to trade....
-
Turns out this is a web services problem, yesterday we had 6 of our stores down for half the day due to this fault. We are talking customers walking out the door in frustration, cashiers unable to complete payments. This is in the run up to Christmas. We make all our profit for the year in the run up to Christmas, the rest…
-
multiple locations WS issues once again..... cannot trade - customers walking out the door.
-
You are correct.. it is very frustrating not knowing where the issues are, the fact that status.netsuite is not 'live' contributes to frustration, if it was accurate I would most likely not have contacted support today for example. Anyways thanks for NS support help today, appreciated.

And Now Again On A Saturday We Are Down Again 50 Locations down on our No1 trading day
-
Multiple location out of action AGAIN WTF ? Is Netsuite trying to send us broke????? This is &#(&#%%&(#%)#!
-
+1 for us. Errors started this morning and have been getting more regular as the day progresses. No web orders either. Seem to be able to login sometimes. not mentioned on https://status.netsuite.com but what is? hope your up again.
-
I found an easier fix to this, just change your colour theme. It will fix that straight away.
-
https://status.netsuite.com/status_en_US.html not according to NS. But that seems an observably unreliable source of information.
-
Causing us grief, PITA.
-
Thank you refurbups. I might add that in a retail POS environment (which we have) an outage is often at least 5-10minutes longer then recorded as staff need to switch to manual and cannot sit at a desk pressing 'refresh' to get back on. Instead they must serve customers and when possible try again.. the outage is…
-
Getting way past a joke now..
-
Still, status.netsuite mentions nothing of our 30min+ outage at an important part of our day affecting many of our staff & customers... what a load of BS. Why is that OK?
-
It seems misleading that status.netsuite displays; "No issues to report. All NetSuite Systems Fully Operational" given that netsuite has posted about the latest outage https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?p=116847 Netsuite, please get your act together and stop the outages!!
-
For us (using NS POS) even slight delays in web services seem to result effectively in downtime (as our POS terminals can become slow and unresponsive - causing confusion and customer delays). Guess it's how you look at things?
-
Can we have an "official" explanation for this? - in addition - if it's 'human error' (or any other kind of error) can some effective measures be implemented to avoid more repeats?? Last Christmas at this same time of day I noted repeated outages. Surely this is something that is easy to identify and resolve to avoid these…
-
Not sure if my retail frontline staff will get the joke. They all need to do End of Day about now - what a f**k up. EDIT : +30mins down at peak afternoon time. Sort it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! outages are really unprofessional
-
Kicked up to S1 - thank you. Still this is a pretty bad situation, if this happens again - say around Christmas it's really going to affect our bottom line.. This is going on over a week already now..
-
All our retail POS systems are down 10minutes now = MASS HISTERIA!!!
-
It is better to give edit permission, rather than full & then let them mark records inactive. I think if records are deleted, then they are gone..
-
Thanks for the workaround. It's better than nothing, but really fully implementing the "register look" across the UI is the solution. Today I was working on value list for my custom centre tabs and also the same issue exists there, all the categories are a uniform colour. Please Netsuite save our eyes!
-
This looks resolved in 2010.2 - thanks!
-
1 more! Defect 157735 S2 SLT 441 & counting!
