Could you clarify how you approve time on the UI? Is it by clicking the button Approve or by editing the Approval Status? -Mikko

It is standard behavior that you need to select first the location to enable the Inventory Details for all the item. If you enter multiple items first before selecting location, the only Inventory Detail enabled is the last selected item. -Mikko

The sublistid should be 'item' and there is no recmachitem in the Records Browser under Purchase order. See Records Browser for reference. Please try again with 'item' as the sublistid and let us know if it will work. -Mikko
