Hi @User_SZ0C3 , Could you confirm what is the connector you have mentioned? The error is from the request itself, the parse/string manipulation should be done from the integrator before sending it to NetSuite. -Mikko

In terms of user level, the user should be compliance with the NetSuite Password Requirements which can only change the number of days but not never. If your integration uses TBA, that should be fine and password rotation policy should not be applied. -Mikko

Unfortunately as mentioned, the trigger of scripts after the items were added by Add Multiple button is still an enhancement.
