Hello, Have you set them up on the Kit record? I believe by default they are hidden and have to be exposed. Once you set them on the record going forward you should see them on the Sales Orders.

Did anyone change the Payment Method? If they removed the payment method you will lose the "button" to override the payment hold. Hope this helps.
