Netsuite acknowledged this as an S3 (which means it'll be fixed sometime between now and the heat death of the universe). Gold... .
-
Yes it is. See the help documentation on "tag substitution"
-
Yeah it has been this way since 2010.2 - ridiculous! 1 step forward, 2 steps back with promocodes...
-
Can you post your code?
-
I don't think so, although I'd love to hear someone tell me otherwise. To get around that, as we wanted some general info to appear higher, we customised the default text for the shipping method header. Setup>Website>Customize Text>Headings tab>Shipping Method. We wrote our custom message here and then spaced a line below…

Lists>Website>Promotional urls.
-
You can use promotional urls to do that.
-
Is this referring to external hosting? If hosted within Netsuite then you can sue friendly URL's where you specify any name you want without the file extension Why would you sue something friendly?
-
Safari on mac or pc or both? Version(s)?

I wonder if they might have used the same email address on another NS site and there are conflicting permissions? I get different icons from other NS sites from a few that I have purchased from, ie, site a's icon appears on the tab of site b, and vice-versa. Just a thought...
-
Perhaps a hidden custom field?
-
Kinda like I said...

If you have GA set up, simply go to the settings and enable site search. Query parameter is "search" Thanks, but I don't quite follow. I have GA set up, but under "Analytics Settings" (top right) and "Settings" (top left) I can't find anything about "enable site search".
-
If you have the Site Analytics module/feature turned on, there is a web report called "Internal Search". It shows you what your website visitors have searched for on your site, how many visitors have used that query term, the sales conversion rate of those visitors, and how many results were returned for that query. And…

Sorry. By the title of this thread I thought you were talking about the tag for breadcrumb trails... don't know how I missed that...
-
Hello, If this feature is available in your account, you would navigate to Setup | Company | Enable Features | Web Presence | Web Sites | and enable "Advanced Web Reports". ... Trevor Ta - seems I don't.
-
Any tips on how - or is it self explanatory if I go have a look?
-
Untested, but you could create a separate layout for correlated items and restrict the number of rows/columns to display.
-
Ahh... good point... I just tested my full stop key... works fine...
-
To me that seems to be as designed - what is it that you don't think is correct there? Perhaps I'm missing something.
-
Thanks I have built a custom search box so I may need to tweak that a little.

Drill down pages are the actual product page, as opposed to a category list. A category list is the subcategories of any given category. Item list is the items in a category view. Related items sit below a product on the drill down page.

Yes, they are children of my Home Page tab. But I have no "Legacy" tab under Set Up Web Site. Should I just ditch the Home Page tab and make a regular presentation tab instead? We ditched it for the same reason
-
Yeah I was being polite... I get cautioned for comments occasionally...
-
It's a frustrating beast sometimes, isn't it! Glad you got it sorted.
-
Bingo. Oy gevalt... I've played bingo, but am unfamiliar with your 2nd line?
-
Good advice... but now we are way off topic... instead of hijacking, you can start your own thread - it's really simple. If you need help I'm happy to guide you.

FYI: Setup > Company > Duplicate detection. and then: Lists > Mass update > Mass duplicate record merge Good luck with this, i look foward to seeing an elegant solution. :o That doesn't really answer the question... good try though. One gold star.
-
Yes, it was a long drive!

A workaround to that would be to add custom fields to the item record such as: Show in mysite.com: Show in myothersite.com: etc etc. And incorporate a script into the template for each site where you can make the item not appear (or even redirect to your home page) if it isn't set to show. Actually, that has just given me…
