I'm not clear on how to restrict viewing to a role or group. (group would be preferred) I checked the group I wanted to only see this under the audience tab but I can view it without even beng logged in. The help section doesn't give much away either. Is there a glitch in my system or am I doing something wrong?

You know what would be great... Having the same sort of "Audience" tab for files, not just tabs and categories. Any thoughts on how to do this or any ideas if this will be made available any time soon.

I would envisage that it wouldn't appear at all unless you were signed in. You could , of course, then publish a link to the file that would then prompt you to log in if you so desired.
