Thanks, although there is something slightly wrong perhaps? I get this message: Your formula has an unrecognized field in it. Please go back and correct the formula and resubmit.
-
What about Account = 4010 Sales
-
Just do a customer search and use Purchase Dates = empty
-
Add them to the email tab of your saved search and schedule it to run daily.
-
What type of search and what are your criteria?
-
Please ignore this post - wrong thread.
-
Could you just change the criteria to add "Vendor = x,z,a etc" or is said group dynamic?
-
What about simply sorting that data by the number of days since cancelling? Even add some highlighting for 361-540 to section them off.
-
Support in what way?
-
That is rather vague... can you elaborate a little?
-
How about on the available filters tab... Item fields:Preferred supplier - show in footer=yes - show as multi-select=yes
-
Glad it worked.
-
I don't think you can do that with a saved search. A report may do it though.
-
Have you read the help topic on saved searches? That should be really, really easy...
-
Apologies... yes that is correct - I was thinking of the Adjust Inventory Worksheet.
-
I'm pretty sure that the date selected shows the count as of 00:00am So yeah, if you want June 30th SOH (end of trade) then pick July 1st.

One way you could try... Create an alias email address or an email list (on your server, not in NS) and point it at any staff you wish to receive. Set that email address up in NS and point the scheduled saved search at that "employee" Not exactly what you are after but could do the job.

I thought it may be for the too hard basket. Thanks for the reply - yeah, I did have a need for it other than what the reports can do. I'd love to know a good online tutorial for learning how the hell formulas work for saved searches though. Anyone know anywhere to look?

Hey Steph - under Setup>Company>Company Information have you got the correct time zone selected? Just wondering if that has any bearing? Also try under Home>Set Preferences - Time Zone is half way down on the left side of the General tab.
-
Hi Steph I have a sneaking suspicion that "today" may refer to US Eastern Time. do you get results if you select "Yesterday" ?

I need help creating a report which lists our various kits and the quantity available for sale of each one. This seems very basic to me. A kit is made up of members (which hold the inventory). The quantity available for sale is the lowest quantity available in any of the members. Can anyone offer assistance? We tried using…
-
Incorrect and mis-leading? In what way? Are you suggesting that: a) reports are not a nightmare. b) it is not doable c) I can be of more help ???
-
Reports are a bit of a nightmare, but it should be do-able. We have a column on our transactions "available" and that shows inventory items and kit items available stock on hand. Sorry I can't be of any more help.
-
For those who are interested, under the results tab add "Member Item" and it will show you which is the Kit Member that is running low. We also added "Member Item:On Order" so we can see if it has already been ordered or not.
-
Oh no... BK001 is telling me off. Am I in trouble? You're also suggesting that someone with 12 posts has no idea... nice!
-
Is one showing tax and the other not? Just a thought...
-
To hazard a guess I'd say it was file cabinet permissions.
-
Linda has covered it!
-
I may not be following correctly but wouldn't it be easier to create a group based on a saved search with those criteria?
