I get that message too. Sometimes 10 times a day. Sometimes nothing for a week!
-
have you tried using height="xx" width="xx" within the <img> command?
-
I think you need to remove the checkbox "Give Access" under the "Access" tab on the customer record before removing the email address and then save
-
There isn't a returns request or similar that would cause negative type inventory? Mat
-
Happens occassionally to me. Close the pdf window that loads and hit F5 (refresh) on the original screen that has now gone blank. It will ask if you wish to resend data or a similar message. Click yes and your pdf will load correctly. Can't say I enjoy it, but that is the easiest workaround I can find. NetSuite - 1 system…

Your download speed shouldn't be the problem. NS uses a lot of scripted functions so perhaps your processor speed or RAM aren't up to speed, so to speak. Mat
-
Yeah that sounds like plenty to me. Just one of those annoying little glitches.
-
I had to rebuild EVERY online form yesterday to fix tracking. I didn't notice this on Saturday as nobody signed up (they are all office workers - perhaps an upgrade on a Tuesday would be better, or have I mentioned that somewhere?)
-
I thought it went well too. One suggestion.... Why always on a Friday night? I don't wanna come in on a Saturday. Especially morning. I didn't know such a time-slot existed until we joined NS! How about doing it on a Tuesday night? Yeah, that's the way.
-
there is no reason we can't nominate when we would like to get upgraded is my point. I am happy to come in 4 hours early on a Wednesday if need be, but I go away as often as I can, and I missed a very important family weekend because NetSuite roll-out on a Friday. And to find NOTHING WRONG really p@#sed me off.
-
No, I switch off. Life is too short. Live a little
-
Yeah good idea except when I leave the building I turn off from work until I return. I enjoy having a life outside of the office and I love my ability to switch on/switch off. No chance...
-
Also... have you tried using a custom form to create the record. Might be (untested) less stict! Wiz
-
It's not just you. Our beta account is extremely slow as well. Support told us to wait a week and call back if it's still slow. Not too helpful. Wait a week? That's fantastic, considering we only have the beta account for 3 weeks!
-
I am testing the beta too, and I reckon it's only a problem whilest in beta. ie. Once the full version is active, it will allow files to be overwritten. I hope I'm correct anyway.
-
Have you considered using University students? They work for next to nothing and will do the most inane things...
-
Either way it is flawed and I for one cannot wait for a fix.
-
You will find that this has been mentioned many times before
-
Is it definitely deleted or have it been made inactive? I didn't think you could delete anything with child records. I don't think there is an 'undelete' facility although it would be good as I was trigger happy on a lead once and had to manually enter their data again. 'without warning, the wizard walks by'

Well I never... how funny!

Most of our roles (including Administrator) currently cannot view any Sales Orders with out getting the fun message: "Error An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information." - this just about shuts our company down and our case that was submitted yesterday has not…

Wasn't aware that hotmail.co.uk was a valid domain...
-
Yeah that is sad... but you have been a huge help. Another thing... now that I have the code for say, "Web referal" (where did you hear about us) can I reference that field in a url? eg Can I provide a link that I can give to a third party sign-up page, let's call them "Johns" so that when the link is clicked, it would…
-
I don't have any cc's etc... This happens even with invoices and cash sales... has for months... in fact it only didn't do it for the first few months of using NS. (joined September 06)

I get double bounce notifications. So does one of our regular users.
-
New email bounce for us today as well... From: postmaster@netsuite.com To: admin@bellacure.com Subject: Email Bounced by MAILER-DAEMON@p01c11m018.mxlogic.net #Mail delivery failed Nothing in the text field, no attachments... I have no idea what "sent" email this is referring to. Also, two email notifications of bounce…
-
Kind of... I want to know the "NetSuite Name" for all fields, not just custom ones. So I can reference them in emails and forms. The only one I currently use is I introduce all our email marketing with the personnal touch of "Dear <NLFIRSTNAME>" and I have no idea where I found that <NLFIRSTNAME> references the field…
-
Wow that's odd At least mine contain the original email so I can sort it out for the customer. I normally open it and forward it on from my email address and the customer gets it
-
Geez... That was quick. Just received one. Nice work tigers.... Wiz
