The auto-response E-mail contains a link to the case with all of that info and more. The link is great, but if you are searching through a folder of emails for something specific, you don't want to have to click every link and wait for a page to load just to find it!

Every report we run carries the name of the original company at the top of it so we have to export to Excel and edit, rather than just scheduling it to automatically send to suppliers etc.

It's really flawed. If you process a transaction for company A and company B, the email address it sends from is not company related. It's either your log in email or the email you set under Home>Set Preferences. You've got to manually change it before changing companies to process. Ludicrous! It needs a hell of a lot of…

So to summarise, leave it the hell alone, let you guys spend years getting it right, then, if we haven't changed from Netsuite to a better solution, have another crack at it. Point taken.

Yep. Broke everything. I guess I had made modifications to a file that was updated, and perhaps the code I'd modified now clashes. BUT... let's assume I've modified 20=odd files. How do I know where to even start looking? It's a messy joke. A cruel, messy joke.
