Got it working. We just had the item option field, it wasn't set up as a list. Once we did that, everything clicked. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for your help Balaji! I was struggling with this for a while, but I found that I needed to go to Custom Entity Fields in NetSuite, locate my custom field and click Web Site for that field. Now it works! Thank you for your time!

No, I haven't been able to locate the issue. Our correlated items and related items field sets have our image field included in them.

It's been a couple years since your last update on this, so I'm not sure if you've found your answer. But I was having a similar issue and got some help from Balaji in my post and found a solution for my problem here (SuiteAnswer ID: Answer Id: 49158).
