In this case, I am logged in as an administrator. Is that why I can see 'submit' as an option? Is that to say, the other regular users (e.g. those with only 'employee centre' roles) won't be able to submit at all? They can only save? thanks

I have found a few scripts online for mass updates to delete records and have deployed them successfully. I was hoping to modify one of these to adapt it for this purpose.
