Hi Chelsea, thanks for the update Yes, invoice approval routing is enabled in our account. Just to confirm, does this mean that even if a workflow includes a Set Field Value action to update the status, the invoice will still remain in Pending Approval because NetSuite gives precedence to its native approval routing logic?
