  • We exposed the field and tested by putting a smaller amount in the payment amount field, but it defaults to the entire sales order amount. Is there a setting that I have to change in NS to get this to not default back to the entire amount? thanks

  • I want to clarify because we don't use Fedex Ship Manager. We are using Fedex Integrated shipping with Netsuite so we have to manually add the weight of the box on the scale so the API call to Fedex will calculate proper postage and then print our Fedex labels from Netsuite.
