For what it's worth, Folio3 is the connector that we had been considering for the move to BigCommerce. We worked with them on two previous Netsuite projects (an inventory app for our retail locations and an Amazon connector) and were very happy with both experiences/final products.

We ended up staying on Site Builder, for now. We did demo and go pretty in-depth with evaluating BigCommerce. In the end, it just made sense to stick with Netsuite. I believe we have started experiencing this same issue. We have received three web orders in the past week that came in without any Payment Method attached.
