  • The Custom Checkout folder must have lower precedence than the Reference Checkout. Check if you have properly set the Reference Checkout SSP Application libraries. Since you have installed a fresh reference checkout page, have you re-triggered the combiner files to generate the Application-xxx.js and the Templates-xxx.js?

When the feature is enabled on the core code, the Feature must be enabled too as detailed by Robert. If the feature is not available for checking, a support case must be filed to have the feature visible so you can enable it.
