So I was able to accomplish this by throwing a resizeTo on the window itself but it is not very clean. The resizing action is a little slow to redraw. If anyone comes up with a more elegant solution let me know.

Great information. We are having this issue off and on today as well as issues hitting the payment gateway. A whole lot of timing out going on.

We just started having issues. Web pages, adding items to sales orders, or scripts calling to suitelets...all timing out randomly and more often than not.
